Career Opportunity: Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

This is an opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic and supportive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing caseloads, applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes, and developing injury prevention and workplace education programs.
A key focus of this role is case management, where the rehabilitation consultant will work collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and allied health professionals to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Case management with manageable caseloads and support from a team of rehabilitation assistants
- Applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes
- Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
- Tertiary qualifications in psychology or rehabilitation counseling
- General or provisional AHPRA registration or full ASORC membership
- Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills, compassion, empathy, strong time management, and a current driver's license
