This senior project officer position aims to drive organisational objectives and government commitments in early childhood education through localised support.

  • Think critically and be able to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and capable of managing sensitive internal and external relationships.
  • Balance multiple priorities simultaneously, and make strategic resourcing assessments.
  • Have strong strategic communication skills and be able to present workable solutions for complex, multifaceted issues.
  • Strong project leadership experience, capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail, administrative, organisational and time management skills.
  • Thrive in an agile environment, providing support across numerous teams.

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent knowledge and/or experience.
  • A valid Working with Children Check for paid employment.
