We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into functional configurations and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.

Your primary focus will be on analyzing complex business problems, identifying gaps, and providing technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve business systems problems and consult with various users to identify potential improvements.

  • Perform gap analysis: as-is vs to-be
  • Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases
  • Accurately translate business requirements into functionality
  • Manage requirements to meet business expectations
  • Prioritize business requirements and recommend changes to multiple business processes
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
  • Thorough understanding of the CRM business functions for which applications are used
  • Demonstrated ability to have successfully completed multiple implementations and/or platform upgrades
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders, and management
