The role of a Legal PA is an exciting and challenging opportunity to provide professional legal administrative services to Partners and other fee earners.
As a Legal PA, you will be responsible for managing the daily schedule of Partners, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel. You will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Additionally, you will be working closely with the shared services team to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities- Diary management and arrangement of meetings
- Coordination of travel arrangements
- Maintenance of confidentiality and accuracy of documentation
- Assistance with document production and correspondence
- Management of timesheets and client requests
- General administration support
- 5+ years of experience as a Legal PA
- High level of attention to detail
- Organized and able to prioritize
- Excellent administration skills and software proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
