About the Role
  • Drive revenue growth while consistently meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Pursue new business opportunities with agency leads and key decision-makers
  • Become the regional expert for Silverpush's contextual video and programmatic solutions
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline across independent agencies, holding companies, and direct clients
  • Foster C-suite engagement and lead high-value strategic conversations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional campaign results

You'll work closely with our team to stay organized and data-driven with CRM tools and sales platforms. You'll represent us at industry events, agency meetings, and client sessions across Australia.

About You
  • 5–12 years of experience in digital media sales, with expertise in YouTube, online video, or programmatic advertising
  • A strong network of agency and brand decision-makers in Australia
  • A hunter mindset with a proven track record of closing large deals
  • A clear understanding of Australia's evolving digital media landscape and privacy standards
  • Sharp presentation and consultative selling skills
  • Resilience, ambition, and a drive to grow with a high-performing team
