
Financial Operations Manager

Clear company is seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Officer to oversee the internal finance function. As the business continues to grow, this role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day finance operations.
About the Role- Manage payroll and ensure compliance with Single Touch Payroll requirements
- Administer BAS, PAYG, Payroll Tax, Fuel Tax Credits, and Superannuation obligations
- Prepare and monitor budgets, track expenditure, and support cashflow forecasting
- Approve and allocate expenses across business units and locations
- Oversee supplier purchase orders, accounts payable, and accounts receivable (120–200 transactions per day in a non-integrated system)
- Undertake reconciliations, including accounts, clearing accounts, and corporate credit cards
- Liaise with external accountants to ensure compliance and accurate reporting
The ideal candidate will have an accounting or finance background, preferably with a degree or tertiary qualifications. You will have demonstrated experience with end-to-end accounts management and strong proficiency in Xero or MYOB. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, have strong organisational skills and be able to work autonomously.
