We're seeking an expert in technical implementation to lead our data platform forward. With a focus on scalability and reliability, you'll collaborate with clients to streamline API integrations, develop complex projects, and ensure successful deployments.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, guiding them through product configuration and data integration.
  • API Integration Specialist: Collaborate with clients' technical teams to implement secure API connections and address technical questions throughout the implementation process.
  • Project Manager: Develop a deep understanding of the product and its configurations, implementing high-complexity projects that meet client needs.
  • Troubleshooter: Actively contribute to resolving production issues and work alongside internal teams to overcome roadblocks.
Skillset Required:
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least two programming languages: C, C++, C#, Node.js, Java, Python, PHP.
  • Single Sign-On Experience: Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols, including JWT and SAML.
  • Data Integration Expertise: Strong understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP) and data integration techniques.
  • Databases: Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Secure File Transfer: Familiarity with SFTP for secure file transfers.
  • Big Data Technologies: Exposure to Big Data technologies is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
