As a Business Banking Manager, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisitions and maintaining relationships with brokers, real estate agents, accountants, and business owners. You will increase funds under management by providing finance solutions to customers.

You will work as part of a high-performance team, collaborating with people from different industries and segments. This variety makes the role interesting and provides valuable experience.

As a Business Banking Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Maintain and leverage deep relationships with brokers and other stakeholders
  • Drive a structured approach to sales momentum
  • Use data and insights to engage customers and identify opportunities
  • Make calls to acquire new customers
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex problems

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:

  • Business development experience to build relationships and drive commercial outcomes
  • Experience with credit assessment and management
  • Ability to plan and prioritise to deliver on customer needs and strategic priorities
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive efficiencies and long-term value
  • Strong stakeholder management to anticipate, understand, and identify different needs
  • A passion for helping business owners thrive
  • Proven experience developing new and existing relationships with business owners and external networks
  • FSR Tier 2 certificate
  • University degree (desired)
