As a key member of our team at Great Southern Bank, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of cyber, technology, and data risks. Your expertise will be essential in providing second-line oversight and challenge to ensure that our risk management framework is aligned with our business strategy and outcomes.

You will work closely with senior leaders across business, technology, and risk areas to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with our operations. This will involve performing targeted reviews of key cyber, data, and technology domains to provide insights into risk and control environment maturity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, with a minimum of five years' experience in similar roles. You will possess excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage and work with multiple stakeholders to achieve objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Provide second-line oversight and challenge to ensure effective risk management

Key requirements:

  1. Minimum of five years' experience in risk management roles
