Job Overview

This is a dynamic opportunity to play a pivotal role in developing deal pricing strategies and frameworks that drive business growth.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to establish commercial frameworks, provide thought leadership, and deliver pricing insights that inform strategic decisions.

Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our pricing philosophy and ensuring alignment between our frameworks and long-term goals.

Responsibilities
  1. Serve as a strategic thought partner to sales teams and leadership, providing guidance on pricing deals at scale and strategic initiatives.
  2. Develop and implement pricing and margin guidance, identifying opportunities for financial uplift.
  3. Design and refine frameworks to evaluate deal attractiveness, ensuring alignment with company objectives and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  4. Maintain up-to-date pricing benchmarks and contribute to analytical design and production efforts, informing our pricing strategy.
  5. Shaping and influencing deal commercial frameworks, tooling roadmaps, and product monetization approaches.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance or deal pricing, investment banking, or management consulting.
  2. Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with business partners through influencing and awareness.
  3. Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment, driving business results without significant supervision.
  4. Excellent financial modeling, verbal, and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience in payments or technology sectors.
  2. Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership, preferably to sales or go-to-market business partners.
  3. Experience with SQL and Tableau or a willingness to learn.
