  • Analyse sales and scan data to develop strategies for sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Implement promotional programs and account plans aligned with trade spend budgets.
  • Monitor account performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to launch new products.
  • Manage the range review process to ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Develop relationships with external and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.

  • Proven experience in account management within FMCG, hardware, or retail sectors, with a strong record of commercial success.
  • Strategic and commercially savvy, with the ability to create and implement growth-focused business plans.
  • Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder influencing skills, including leading joint business planning.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting abilities, with a data-driven mindset for opportunity identification and risk mitigation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, with strong diagnostic and numeracy skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
