- Manage the range review process to ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Develop relationships with external and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Proven experience in account management within FMCG, hardware, or retail sectors, with a strong record of commercial success.
- Strategic and commercially savvy, with the ability to create and implement growth-focused business plans.
- Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder influencing skills, including leading joint business planning.
- Strong analytical and forecasting abilities, with a data-driven mindset for opportunity identification and risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, with strong diagnostic and numeracy skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
