Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Caregiving Professional - Aged Care Support to join our team at Bunbury Gardens Care Community. The successful candidate will have a Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or equivalent and be able to assist residents with personal care needs, activities of daily living, and ensure accurate documentation in care planning.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 AUD. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive paid parental leave, employee referral program incentives, sponsored study and training opportunities, and more.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or equivalent required
- RN & EN students welcome to apply
- Assisting residents with Personal Care needs
- Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living
- Ensuring accurate and concise documentation in Care Planning
- Working under the direction of Registered Nurses and Senior Management
- AIN Cert IV Medication Endorsed: Cert IV in Individual Support/Aged Care with HLTHPS007 unit; or
- Completed the Pharmacology unit (EN/RN Students)
