Experienced Draftsperson Wanted

Job Opportunity
As a key member of our drafting team, you will be responsible for producing accurate working drawings for housing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Drafting Manager and assisting with workflows
- Managing checking/markups and drawing tasks efficiently
- Mentoring and coaching less experienced drafters
- Ensuring all work is completed within set time frames and meeting high levels of accuracy
- Collaborating with a highly supportive and collaborative team environment
- Problem-solving and ensuring conformance with necessary guidelines and regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years experience as a drafter with a volume home building company
- Advanced level drafting experience using AutoCAD
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record within the volume home building industry
- Strong team player and able to meet deadlines
