Product Development Expertise

We are seeking an accomplished Product Developer to join our team. As a key member of our product development unit, you will play a pivotal role in designing and creating high-performing fashion accessories.

Your primary responsibilities will include researching trends, analyzing market data, and creating trend reports to inform our design and product development process.

You will work collaboratively with our design team to develop and source materials, trims, and suppliers that meet our brand's aesthetic and quality standards.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing sample ranges, conducting cost analyses, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure the highest level of quality and profitability.

You will also assist with the management of design assistants and interns, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.

Our ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
