Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, including domestic and personal care assistance, and assistance with accessing community services.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
  • Assist individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to Kirinari's policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Ability to work shift work, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop positive relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of resilience and adaptability.
  • Current Driver's Licence and ability to use a vehicle for work purposes.
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement.
