A dynamic and innovative advisory role awaits in our client's expanding business services team.

About the Role

As a Business Advisory Manager, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality compliance and value-added advisory services to privately owned businesses and executives across various industries.

You will work closely with Partners to manage a diverse portfolio of SME and private clients, leading end-to-end engagements and providing strategic advice on tax planning, structuring, and business improvement.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing business services and tax compliance work, preparing management reports and analysis, and assisting Partners with client meetings and advisory projects.

  • Manage and review financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IAS, and other business services work
  • Provide practical advice on tax planning, structuring, and business improvement initiatives
  • Prepare management reports and analysis to support client decision-making
  • Assist Partners with client meetings, advisory projects, and relationship management
The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • CA/CPA qualification with 5+ years of experience in Business Services/Business Advisory
  • Strong technical knowledge across Australian tax and compliance
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver advisory outcomes
  • Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff
