Repairs and Maintenance Platform Leader

We are looking for a dynamic leader to oversee the daily operations and continuous development of our Repairs and Maintenance Platform (R.A.M.P) team and system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the R&M Service Coordinators
  • Inspire a highly engaged, collaborative team culture
  • Manage team performance and support professional growth
  • Resolve conflict and drive motivation
  • Manage and maintain the R.A.M.P system alongside your team
  • Configure the system to align with State Facility Managers' needs
  • Keep Service Level Agreements and contractor documentation up to date
  • Work with our software partner on system upgrades and enhancements
  • Analyse data to generate actionable reports and insights
  • Drive continuous improvements in system processes and user experience
Facilities & Contractor Coordination:
  • Work with State Facility Managers on issue escalation and resolution
  • Monitor preventative maintenance schedules and contractor performance
  • Ensure after-hours system support and compliance with our Contractor Management Guide
