Visual Design Leader Role

This is a permanent full-time position, responsible for creating and guiding marketing communications assets.

The Visual Design Leader will be responsible for managing a team of Visual Design Specialists, working on various projects including campaign design, commemorative events, and other visual communications tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development of creative concepts and strategies to support business objectives.
  • Managing the production of high-quality visual materials, including graphics, images, and videos.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Tertiary qualification in Graphic or Visual Design, Marketing, or a closely related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in an internal Graphic or Visual Design role or similar.
  • Expert skill across the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Acrobat.
  • Ability to manage workload and competing priorities.
  • Design for print experience necessary.
  • Art direction experience on-set ideal.
