The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing New Homes Sales team. As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey purchasing a new home.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with our design and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  2. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
  4. Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and promotional materials.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of the NEX Group along with:

  1. Experience working in a similar role – preferably within new home sales.
  2. Strong sales background with high ambition to achieve results.
  3. An outgoing personality with the ability to be engaging – people want to talk to you.
  4. Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills, able to think outside the square to achieve an outcome.
  6. A passion for helping people.
  7. Availability to work Saturday - Wednesday, including public holidays.
