We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare, providing high-quality care and support to our customers in Melbourne North. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering guaranteed hours and shifts close to home.

Job Overview

This role involves delivering personalised care and support to older individuals in their homes, enabling them to live independently for longer. You will be responsible for providing domestic assistance, meal preparation, shopping, social support, and transport to appointments.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored care and support to enhance their quality of life.
  • Your day will include a mix of tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and personal care, as well as assisting with meal preparation and shopping.
  • As a Home Care Worker, you will be expected to maintain confidentiality and adhere to our organisation's policies and procedures.
