**Your Role**: As a Client Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors
  • Announcing arrivals to appropriate members of the firm
  • Answering the national switchboard and internal telephone calls
  • Managing conference room bookings for internal and external events
  • Liaising with colleagues regarding meeting room set ups and catering requirements
  • Manage event billings to ensure correct costs are allocated

**Required Skills and Qualifications**: Exceptional time management and organisational skills required. Professional communication and interpersonal skills, excellent personal presentation, and two years' experience in a similar role preferred.
