Job Opportunity

Chefs are skilled professionals who play a crucial role in the success of any culinary establishment. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Chef to join our team.

  • Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation, and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Discussing food preparation issues with colleagues and front-of-house staff.
  • Ensuring adherence to hygiene regulations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Training and mentoring junior staff members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a relevant role, preferably in a similar culinary setting.
  • Strong culinary skills, including cooking techniques, menu planning, and food safety.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and manage a team.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
