Key Responsibilities- Create comprehensive hydraulic and electro-hydraulic system designs based on customer requirements and industry standards.
- Engage with clients to gather specifications and provide tailored engineering solutions.
- Conduct simulations and analyses to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including design specifications, project reports, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during customer presentations and product demonstrations.
- Ensure all designs adhere to relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Participate in initiatives to enhance product performance and reduce costs.
- Contribute to the organization's strategic objectives through active engagement in the LEAN Program.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, pneumatics, and industrial automation.
- Experience working in a hydraulic engineering team.
- Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools.
- Excellent technical communication skills.
- Ability to work with external and internal stakeholders.
- A competitive base salary of up to $130k PA + Superannuation.
- An incentive bonus scheme, paid annually (average 10% - 20% of your salary).
