Job Description:

The role of a Finance Administrator is a crucial one within our organisation, as they play a vital part in the purchasing process and accounts payable functions. They will be responsible for creating requisitions, managing orders, and setting up vendors in Ariba, while also ensuring compliance with our company's policies and procedures.

  • Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Process and pay invoices, reconcile statements, and maintain accurate financial records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and organisational ability. You should also have a solid understanding of finance administration principles and practices, as well as experience working with SAP and Ariba systems.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
