Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead implementation engagement teams with technical expertise.

The role encompasses all aspects of consulting projects, from software installation to documenting and performing training for clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with Technical Support and Product Management to ensure software quality.
  • Maintain implementation schedules while adopting a result-driven approach.
  • Oversee project progress, allocate resources, and mentor junior consultants.
  • Work independently or as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in solution delivery and managing customer expectations.
  • Excellent client interaction and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
  • Tech expertise includes: XML, XSLT, N-tier architecture, SOAP/XML messaging, Java, C# programming, Windows/Unix OS.
Additional Requirements:
  • Familiarity with methodology-based solutions and customer service standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • Self-starter mindset and enthusiasm for continuous learning.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
