Job Title:

Garden Maintenance Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Garden Maintenance Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of gardeners in maintaining various outdoor spaces across Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of gardeners
  • Schedule and prioritize tasks, direct team activities, and ensure quality standards are met
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members
  • Conduct regular site inspections, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
  • Liaise with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates
  • Actively participate in team tasks alongside team members
  • Maintain and arrange for repairs of all equipment as needed

About You:

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong track record of developing and motivating teams, preferably with qualifications in Horticulture or a relevant field. A Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or willingness to obtain is also required, along with a valid Driver's license.
