Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and sequence construction activities, track costs, manage subcontractors, and interface with design management and construction delivery teams.
  • Contribute to a safe work culture and ensure works are delivered to legislative and project standards.
  • Review and understand construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
  • Develop methods for precast elements installation for bridges, station structures, and facade panels.
  • Liaise, communicate, and plan with foremen and subcontractors on a daily basis to achieve target outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Civil, Structural) or Project Management.
  • 2+ years of experience minimum within the Construction industry post-graduation.
  • Previous exposure to building and structural projects.
