To succeed in this role, you will be passionate about driving sales and providing an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for leading your team to achieve targets and KPIs, developing and training them to increase productivity, and creating a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales with your team to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Develop, train, and succession plan your team to increase productivity
  • Create a safe working environment for your team and customers
  • Daily management of stock to minimize stock loss and maximize sales
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
  • Roster your team in line with stores trading profile
