Job Description:

As a seasoned finance professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a high-profile business services firm in Parramatta and contribute to the growth of their team. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and control daily assignments, ensuring staff are aware of their responsibilities, allocate work, review work, coordinate workflow to achieve maximum outcomes, mentor and train staff, meet with clients, and engage with a range of stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for working on technical assignments as instructed by directors and serving as a professional champion for the firm and other staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and control daily assignments to ensure successful project outcomes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service experience and be proficient in producing financial statements for companies, taking work from start to finish as a compliant piece of work, partnerships, and trusts.

Additionally, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written English communications skills, proficiency with technology, and the ability to utilize Xero and MYOB as your accounting software tools.

It is essential that you are degree qualified and hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
