Role Description:

">

Develop and deliver impactful Indigenous engagement strategies to strengthen Shell's local license to operate. Foster relationships with Traditional Owners and oversee the implementation of formal agreements, such as ILUAs and Indigenous Participation Plans.

">

Key Responsibilities:

">

1. Leverage expertise in direct stakeholder engagement to develop and deliver Indigenous engagement and participation strategies and outcomes.

">

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor, report, and develop strategies for relationship management with Traditional Owners groups.

">

3. Develop strong relationships with Shell's Traditional Owners groups and their legal representatives through regular engagement and collaboration.

">

4. Support the IPCH team to deliver Shell's commitments to Indigenous communities, managing social risks and building Shell's brand.

">

Requirements:

">

1. Direct experience in stakeholder engagement and Indigenous relations is essential.

">

2. Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and Traditional Owners groups.

">

3. Excellent communication and project management skills are required.

">

4. Ability to identify and escalate potential risks/issues that may arise during project delivery.

">
