Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lifestyle Promoter to join our team. As a Lifestyle Promoter, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing engaging activities and promoting their overall wellbeing.

  • This includes planning and implementing fun events and activities that cater to various interests and ages.
  • You will work closely with our activities team to ensure a seamless delivery of our events calendar.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of workshops, social events, and craft activities will also be part of your responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a creative flair. A Certificate III/IV in Leisure & Lifestyle is highly desirable but not essential.

About the Role

As a Lifestyle Promoter, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for:

  • Promoting happiness, wellbeing, and quality of life for all residents through various activities and events.
  • Working collaboratively with our activities team to deliver a high-quality service.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with residents to understand their interests and preferences.
