As a Lifestyle Assistant, you'll work closely with the Lifestyle Coordinator to deliver meaningful and engaging activities that promote connection, creativity, and wellbeing.
Your support will help enhance the daily lives of our residents, encouraging independence and joy in a relaxed and caring setting.
Make a real difference—bring your energy, empathy, and creativity to our vibrant Ballan residential Aged care What you bring: Certificate III in Community Services (Lifestyle and Leisure) and/or equitant relevant qualification at Certificate III level Ability to contribute to the assessment of each resident's social and emotional needs and design appropriate, individual lifestyle programs to meet their needs.
Previous experience in a similar role in residential aged care or community setting An understanding of the ageing process and caring for older people Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to clients and their families.
