Customer Care Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our trade store team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and contributing to the success of our business.

  • Face-to-face customer service, responding to customer requests, sourcing parts, and managing ETA's on backorders.
  • Warehousing (picking/packing/put-aways), daily stock replenishment, and stock takes.
  • Handling money for purchases (cash/card/account), showroom displays, stock rotations, and general housekeeping of both the counter and packing area/organisation/prioritisation.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Customer service experience in a trade store or retail environment.
  • Well-developed customer service skills with a 'customer first' approach.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to develop personally within the company.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
