Infrastructure Design Specialist

As an experienced infrastructure design specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of transportation infrastructure.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary projects with a focus on integration and collaboration across multiple disciplines
- Coordinate complex design solutions with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction
- Drive digital practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration across teams
- Develop strong relationships with major clients and mentor junior team members
The following qualifications and experience are highly desired:
- 5–8 years of experience in civil engineering with a strong emphasis on rail design and project delivery
- Proven ability in design leadership, coordination, and integration across multiple disciplines
- Proficiency in digital tools and workflows (e.g. BIM, CDE platforms)
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; chartered engineer status preferred but not essential
