We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused sales professional to join our team as a Sales & Customer Service Officer.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets.
- Providing outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering their queries, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Processing rental agreements accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed correctly.
- Inspecting vehicles before and after rental periods, noting any damages, and ensuring they are returned in good condition.
- Achieving or exceeding sales targets by promoting our products and services effectively to customers.
- Maintaining knowledge of current promotions, services, and products to assist with sales efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail.
- Car rental experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers effectively.
- Computer literacy skills required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays.
- Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Current and ongoing Australian work rights.
- A positive can-do attitude.
