Job Description

Seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our Service Desk team in major client projects across Australia. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee high-availability Microsoft Azure infrastructure, encompassing VMs, networking, and storage.
  • Provision and secure endpoints via Intune and Autopilot, ensuring compliance adherence.
  • Enforce device policies using BitLocker, Defender AV, and app control via MDM.
  • Configure Azure Firewall, network segmentation, and private endpoints for IP protection.
  • Monitor and respond to threats using Microsoft Defender.
  • Maintain VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and secure IP routing across sites.
  • Ensure Microsoft 365 security across Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Implement OS hardening, patching, and vulnerability remediation across all systems.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting desktop hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies, including Microsoft 365, Entra, and Endpoint Manager.
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and server operating systems.
  • Proficiency with networking concepts and protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
