We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on the role of Assistant Nightfill Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills, work closely with the team, and contribute to the success of our retail operations.



About the Job
  • This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the nightfill team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock rotation.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions.


Requirements
  • A strong background in retail operations, preferably with experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines.
