Mechanical Shift Engineer

About the Role:
As a Mechanical Shift Engineer at Cement Australia, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cement manufacturing plants. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and reliability of our mechanical assets, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime. You will work closely with our operations team to identify and address potential issues, develop and implement maintenance plans, and provide technical guidance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will have a proven track record of managing and maintaining complex mechanical systems, as well as experience with condition monitoring and predictive maintenance. You will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
