Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Management Team in delivering the operational solution across our contracts
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and resilience
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and community organizations
  • Stay up-to-date with best practice trends in service provision and innovative support practices
  • Act as the focal point for liaison with government agencies and other external partners
  • Assess client needs and determine the most appropriate response within guidelines
  • Prepare and analyze reports to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in a business-related field or equivalent level of expertise
