Key Role: Program Scheduler

This is a hands-on scheduling position that plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining best-in-class schedule management practices. The candidate will work closely with the Program Master Scheduler to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust schedule management practices.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including vendors, to achieve project goals.
  • Resolve complex scheduling issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders about deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Champion vendor relationships by providing evidence-based prioritizations for program management.

As an experienced scheduler, you will be able to demonstrate expertise in understanding project methodology and scheduling dependencies. You will have a proven ability to work with engaged vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in scheduling or planning management, specifically with technology vendors.
  • Expertise in project methodology and scheduling dependencies.
  • Ability to resolve complex scheduling issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Competence to challenge vendor variations and prioritize effectively.

This role requires a proactive approach, flexibility, and a strong commitment to delivering results. As a seasoned scheduler, you will have a solid understanding of schedule management principles and practices. You will be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, collaborating to achieve shared goals, and resolving conflicts through diplomacy and negotiation.
