Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, or Osteopath to join our team as a Regional Health Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for injury prevention and return to work. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Caseload management, working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and allied health specialists;
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs;
  • Completing assessments using your clinical and discipline-specific skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations and Activities of Daily Living Assessments;
  • Working autonomously and within a team environment to deliver high-quality services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, or Osteopathy;
  • Full Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities;
  • A current drivers' license and access to a vehicle.
