Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. This dynamic role will involve working closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement return-to-work strategies that promote optimal health outcomes.

As a Regional Rehabilitation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously while being part of a strong and supportive team. You will enjoy the flexibility to manage your own day, with the backing of a global corporate infrastructure and access to comprehensive resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case management: Manage client caseloads, ensuring timely and effective interventions that meet individual needs
  • Return-to-work planning: Collaborate with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement return-to-work strategies that promote optimal health outcomes
  • Injury prevention and workplace education: Design and deliver injury prevention and workplace education programs to reduce the risk of workplace injuries and improve overall health and well-being
  • Assessment and evaluation: Conduct various assessments using clinical and discipline-specific allied health skills to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted intervention plans
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, or Osteopathy
  • Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • A passion for injury prevention, return-to-work, and associated health benefits
  • A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
