We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of commercial and residential joinery projects.

The successful candidate will have a background in joinery and strong knowledge of construction processes. They will be able to read and interpret detailed plans and technical drawings, and have excellent organisational and communication skills.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to take ownership of a diverse range of projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

  • Manage multiple joinery projects
  • Liaise with clients and contractors
  • Interpret architectural plans and specifications
  • Coordinate production, delivery, and installation
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines
  • Conduct site visits and manage site safety
  • Assist with procurement and contract administration
  • Ensure smooth project handover and defect rectification
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager
  • Strong knowledge of joinery construction and installation
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed plans and drawings
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools
  • Understanding of OHS and quality assurance
