About the Job:- Lead a team of hotel porters to ensure daily operations foster positive guest relations and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Coordinate arrivals and departures, ensuring efficient luggage delivery and collection.
- Provide accurate information on services and facilities, as well as inform guests about local events and attractions.
- Manage the hotel porters' activities to promote a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
- Effectively coordinate the smooth arrival and departure of guests, including luggage delivery and collection.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing precise information on hotel services and facilities.
- Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience as a Bell Captain or similar role in a high-end property (desirable).
- National Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A seasoned hospitality professional with hands-on porter experience.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest service and leading high-performing teams.
