The Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with 10+ years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in overseeing renewable energy projects (> 100 MW) on site activities, including budget, schedule, quality, risk, contract and stakeholder management, supervising the construction, procurement activities, and negotiating with EPC contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage site-based activities, liaising with engineers and subcontractors
  • Manage the project budget, monitor and approve expenditures
  • Ensure the project is completed with quality, permit compliance and safety standards
  • Manage communication channels throughout the project
  • Oversee procurement activities
  • Manage project risk and attend NCRs
Essential Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under high pressure environment
