About the Role:

Job Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational experiences to students, developing and conducting teaching sessions, and creating learning materials.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing effective teaching strategies to engage students.
  • Creating and maintaining learning resources, including study guides, webinars, and assessment instructions.
  • Providing individualized support to students, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Coordinating and administering subject delivery, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and frameworks.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in counselling or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master's qualification or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of postgraduate experience working as a counsellor, psychologist, or therapist.
  • Experience teaching at a tertiary level is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students and colleagues.
