Master of Counselling Educator

As an educator in this program, you will be responsible for the ongoing development, improvement, and delivery of the curriculum, ensuring compliance with the Higher Education Standards Framework. This includes developing and conducting face-to-face teaching and student engagement sessions, learning materials, and assessments.

  • Develop and conduct interactive teaching sessions, learning materials, and assessments that cater to diverse student needs.
  • Provide study support to students via multiple modes, including online and on-campus resources.
  • Maintain subject sites on our Learning Management System, ensuring timely updates and easy access for students.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A postgraduate qualification in counselling, psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience working as a counsellor, psychologist, or therapist, preferably in a tertiary education setting.
  • A passion for teaching and mentoring, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
