About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team, providing quality 24/7 care in supported independent living accommodation settings.
  • The successful candidate will support individuals with daily living tasks and facilitate connections within their community.

Responsibilities

  2. Provide domestic and personal care assistance as well as assist clients to access and have a positive connection to the community.">
  3. Broad availability to provide services in a 24/7 environment, including weekend and overnight shifts.">

Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends, and public/school holidays.
  • Resilience, confidence, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships.
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screening Check prior to commencement.">
