Key Responsibilities- Provide medical and scientific expertise to support the development and commercialization of Teva's products.
- Develop and deliver medical information and education to healthcare professionals, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to gather insights and build relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and review promotional materials, ensuring compliance with medical and regulatory standards.
- Participate in the development and execution of medical strategies and plans for assigned therapeutic areas.
- Support clinical research activities, including the design and conduct of studies, data analysis, and publication of results.
- Review and provide input on clinical trial protocols, investigator brochures, and regulatory submissions.
- Monitor and analyze scientific literature and competitive intelligence to inform medical strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
- Represent Teva at medical conferences, meetings, and other scientific events.
- Life sciences degree, master's degree, PhD or MBBS qualified.
- Minimum 2 years' experience of medical affairs in a Medical Advisor or Medical Liaison role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Psychiatry, Neurology or sleep disorders therapeutic area experience advantageous.
- Good understanding of the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.
- Ability to build partnerships with senior HCPs and KOLs.
- Strong agility and flexibility in ways of working.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and KOLs.
- Self-motivated and strong sense of accountability to key deliverables.
- Ability to handle competing priorities effectively.
