We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Claims Advisor to join our Sydney team at Suncorp Group. As a Claims Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and driving positive outcomes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Comprehensive Assessment: Obtain and review medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports to ensure accurate claim assessment.
- Compliance Champion: Ensure all legislative compliance timeframes are met, coupled with ongoing reviews of essential reports.
- Cost-Effective Solutions: Develop effective strategies to resolve claims efficiently, minimizing costs.
- Optimal Recovery: Facilitate early access to suitable rehabilitation, enabling injured claimants to achieve the best possible recovery.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, building rapport and conveying complex information to various stakeholders.
